The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever builds a mosque, desiring thereby Allah’s pleasure, Allah builds for him the like of it in paradise.” [Bukhari]
Building a mosque provides us with great rewards in this duniya and the hereafter.
Along with building a mosque there is also a responsibility to maintain the mosque and also spread the deen, and encourage people to come closer to the worship of Allah.
“Whoever builds a HOUSE for Allah, Allah will build for him a HOUSE in Paradise.”
I live in the United Kingdom, and prior to the mosque project I wanted to visit Pakistan to buy a Holiday Home for myself, as the time got close towards my planned holiday, I started thinking deeply about the world around us and more importantly the people around us, I saw everyone stuck in the rat race everyone out for themselves I saw a lot of selfishness in people, I was proud I did not have the same symptoms of people around me, few things I accepted and we all have to Realise and accept.
Accept we all will die one day
Accept that we take nothing at all with us when we go into our graves
We only take with us our sins and good deeds.
So I decided to rather build a Mosque and give in charity than build a house or buy a villa.
Off I went, Travelled across Pakistan,
I come across an area Muzaffarabad in Kashmir an area which suffered from one of the largest Earthquakes in Asia.
Upon my time in Muzaffarabad, I saw a Makeshift Mosque.
It was a chicken shed converted to a mosque, it had over 70 children studying there and I realize this was my purpose and I will help these people and build a mosque.
Over the last year or so I have invested all I had, and managed to complete 2 floors, a lot of work is still needed so I am reaching out let’s do this together, The benefit will be for all of us in the hereafter.
